CineMotion Berlin-Hohenschönhausen is a multiplex on Wartenberger Straße, part of the CineMotion chain, which has cinemas in several German towns. Its programme brings together Hollywood and European releases, and the cinema runs themed series alongside them, including previews, music films and screenings for seniors and young children.
The building spreads over three floors, with seven rooms and almost 1,000 seats in total. CineMotion says all its rooms have 3D projection and Dolby Surround 7.1 sound, and that seating includes leather lounge chairs with adjustable backs as well as standard cinema seats with side tables. For getting there, the cinema's directions page lists the S75, bus 256 and trams M4, M5 and M17. CineMotion also lists around 200 free parking spaces; check the current conditions with the cinema before relying on them.
The cinema also runs Ukrajina Cinema, a series of Ukrainian films and international hits dubbed into Ukrainian, many with German subtitles. The cinema labels some screenings OmU, which does not by itself mean English audio. Our listings here are for English-audio screenings.
