Wolf Kino is an independent arthouse cinema in Neukölln, on the ground floor of an apartment building where Weserstraße meets Wildenbruchstraße. It opened in 2017 and has two screening rooms, a flexible studio space and a café-bar. Its programme centres on current releases and contemporary artistic filmmaking, with regular space for historical films, curated programmes and special formats, accompanied by talks or introductions whenever possible. Festivals and film clubs also screen there, and the cinema shows selected films for children.
Wolf says all films except children's films are shown in their original version with German or English subtitles. An original version is not necessarily in English, so this does not by itself mean English audio. Our listings here are for English-audio screenings.
Wolf's contact page lists Rathaus Neukölln (U7) and the Erkstraße bus stop, served by the M41, 104, 166 and N94. The same page describes ramps at the entrances to the café-bar and the studio, one wheelchair space in each of auditoriums 1 and 2, and room for several wheelchairs in the studio. For audio description and subtitles for visually and hearing impaired visitors, the cinema points to the Greta app from Greta & Starks.
